可以從以下幾個方面來測試下接觸器的好壞,一是看接觸器的線圈,二是看接觸器的觸頭,三是看電磁機構吸力是否充足。

1、接觸器的線圈

如果接觸器可以吸合,三相電源也正常,輸出端卻出現缺相的情況,可以通過測量三相任意兩相的電壓來判斷。

這時需要檢查接觸器的主觸頭,查看有沒有磨損燒毀的現象,如有則及時更換。

3、電磁機構吸力不足
