斷路器操控回路根底常識(shí)!

(1)應(yīng)有對(duì)操控電源的監(jiān)督回路。斷路器的操控電源為首要,一旦失掉電源斷路器便無法操作。因而,不論何種要素,當(dāng)斷路器操控電源不見時(shí),應(yīng)宣告聲、光信號(hào),提示值勤人員及時(shí)處理。關(guān)于遙控變電所,斷路器操控電源的不見,應(yīng)宣告遙信。
(1) There shall be a supervision circuit for the control power supply. The control power supply of the circuit breaker is the primary. Once the power supply is lost, the circuit breaker cannot be operated. Therefore, no matter what element, when the control power supply of the circuit breaker is missing, the acoustic and optical signals shall be announced to prompt the personnel on duty to deal with it in time. For the remote control substation, if the control power supply of the circuit breaker is missing, the remote signaling shall be announced.
(2)應(yīng)有避免斷路器“跳動(dòng)”的電氣閉鎖設(shè)備,發(fā)作“跳動(dòng)”對(duì)斷路器對(duì)錯(cuò)常風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的,簡(jiǎn)略致使安排損害,乃至致使斷路器的爆破,故有必要選用閉鎖辦法。斷路器的“跳動(dòng)”景象一般是在跳閘、合閘回路一同接通時(shí)才發(fā)作。“防跳”回路的計(jì)劃應(yīng)使得斷路器呈現(xiàn)“跳動(dòng)”時(shí),將斷路器閉鎖到跳閘方位。

(3)應(yīng)常常監(jiān)督斷路器跳閘、合閘回路的無缺性。當(dāng)跳閘或合閘回路缺陷時(shí),應(yīng)宣告斷路器操控回路斷線信號(hào)。
(3) The integrity of circuit breaker tripping and closing circuits shall be monitored frequently. When the tripping or closing circuit is defective, the circuit breaker control circuit disconnection signal shall be declared.
(4)關(guān)于斷路器的合閘、跳閘狀況,應(yīng)有顯著的方位信號(hào),缺陷主動(dòng)跳閘、主動(dòng)合閘時(shí),應(yīng)有顯著的動(dòng)作信號(hào)。

(5)跳閘、合閘指令應(yīng)堅(jiān)持滿意長(zhǎng)的時(shí)刻,而且當(dāng)跳閘或合閘結(jié)束后,指令脈沖應(yīng)能主動(dòng)免除。因斷路器的安排動(dòng)作需求有必定的時(shí)刻,跳合閘時(shí)主觸頭抵達(dá)規(guī)矩方位也要有必定的行程,這些加起來便是斷路器的固有動(dòng)作時(shí)刻,以及滅弧時(shí)刻。
(5) The tripping and closing commands shall last for a satisfactory long time, and the command pulse shall be able to be actively exempted after tripping or closing. Due to the arrangement of the circuit breaker, the action needs a certain time, and the main contact must have a certain stroke when reaching the regular direction during tripping and closing. 指令堅(jiān)持滿意長(zhǎng)的時(shí)刻便是確保斷路器能牢靠的跳閘、合閘。為了加速斷路器的動(dòng)作,添加跳、合閘線圈中電流的添加速度,要盡或許減小跳、合閘線圈的電感量。為此,跳、合閘線圈都是按短時(shí)帶電計(jì)劃的。因而,跳合閘操作結(jié)束后,有必要主動(dòng)斷開跳合閘回路,不然,跳閘或合閘線圈會(huì)燒壞。一般由斷路器的輔佐觸點(diǎn)主動(dòng)斷開跳合閘回路。

(6)斷路器的操作動(dòng)力不見或短少時(shí),例如繃簧安排的繃簧未拉緊,液壓或氣壓安排的壓力下降等,應(yīng)閉鎖斷路器的動(dòng)作,并宣告信號(hào).SF6氣體絕緣的斷路器,當(dāng)SF6氣體壓力下降而斷路器不能牢靠作業(yè)時(shí),也應(yīng)閉鎖斷路器的動(dòng)作并宣告信號(hào)。
