The environmental molded case circuit breaker is mainly used to distribute electric energy and protect the circuit and power equipment from overload, short circuit, under voltage and other faults. Equipment maintenance procedures are the requirements and regulations for daily maintenance of equipment. It can extend the service life of equipment and ensure safe and comfortable work by adhering to the equipment maintenance regulations. The main contents of the project shall include:

（1）須嚴(yán)格按說(shuō)明書(shū)規(guī)定安裝塑殼斷路器；

（1）安裝前要對(duì)銘牌上的參數(shù)與實(shí)際需要是否相符，將斷路器垂直固定在安裝板上。

(1) Before installation, check whether the parameters on the nameplate are consistent with the actual needs, and fix the circuit breaker on the installation plate vertically.

（2）斷路器在投運(yùn)前，要仔細(xì)檢查固定連接部分是否牢固，并保證操作機(jī)構(gòu)處于靈活狀態(tài)。

(2) Before the circuit breaker is put into operation, it is necessary to carefully check whether the fixed connection part is firm, and ensure that the operating mechanism is in a flexible state.

（3）斷路器出廠時(shí)已確定準(zhǔn)確，使用中可隨意調(diào)節(jié)。線路發(fā)生過(guò)載或短路故障斷路器動(dòng)作后，應(yīng)先排除故障，再進(jìn)行合閘操作。

(3) The circuit breaker has been determined accurately when leaving the factory and can be adjusted at will during use. In case of overload or short-circuit fault, the circuit breaker shall remove the fault before closing.

（4）斷路器在使用期間應(yīng)進(jìn)行周期性檢查，要定期對(duì)傳動(dòng)部分加潤(rùn)滑油，同時(shí)清 除外殼灰塵，消 除滅弧室內(nèi)壁和側(cè)片上的金屬顆粒及黑煙灰。

(4) The circuit breaker shall be inspected periodically during use. The transmission part shall be lubricated regularly. Meanwhile, the dust of the shell shall be removed, and the metal particles and black soot on the wall and side pieces of the arc extinguishing chamber shall be eliminated.

（5）塑殼斷路器在日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)中，不許拆卸零部件，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常立即停車(chē)，不允許帶病運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；

(5) During daily maintenance, plastic case circuit breaker shall not be disassembled, and stop immediately if abnormal, and operation with defects is not allowed;

（6）非工作時(shí)間應(yīng)加護(hù)罩，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停歇，應(yīng)定期進(jìn)行擦拭，潤(rùn)滑、空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；

(6) The shield should be added during non working hours, and it should be wiped, lubricated and idled regularly when it stops for a long time;

（7）附件和專(zhuān)用工具應(yīng)有專(zhuān)用柜架擱置，保持清潔，防止研傷，不得外借。

(7) Accessories and special tools shall be set aside with special cabinet frame, keep clean, prevent research injury and shall not be borrowed.

塑殼斷路器的日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)是設(shè)備維護(hù)的基礎(chǔ)工作，必 須做到制度化和規(guī)范化。對(duì)設(shè)備的定期維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作要制定工作定額和物資消耗定額，并按定額進(jìn)行考核，塑殼斷路器定期維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作應(yīng)納入車(chē)間承包責(zé)任制的考核內(nèi)容。

The daily maintenance of MCCB is the basic work of equipment maintenance, which must be institutionalized and standardized. The regular maintenance of equipment shall be determined with work quota and material consumption quota, and assessed according to the quota. Regular maintenance of molded case circuit breaker shall be included in the assessment content of workshop contract responsibility system.
