塑殼斷路器也被成為裝置式斷路器，所有的零件都密封于外殼中，輔助觸點(diǎn)，欠電壓脫扣器以及分勵(lì)脫扣器等多采用模塊化。由于結(jié)構(gòu)非常緊湊，塑殼斷路器基本無(wú)法檢修。其多采用手動(dòng)操作，大容量可選擇電動(dòng)分合。由于電子式過(guò)電流脫扣器的應(yīng)用，塑殼斷路器也可分為A類和B類兩種，B類具有良好的三段保護(hù)特性，但由于價(jià)格因素，采用電磁式脫扣器的A類產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)占有率更高。

Molded case circuit breaker is characterized by small volume, good contact protection, convenient installation and low price. However, compared with frame circuit breaker, it has small capacity, low short-circuit segmentation capacity, poor selectivity and withstand energy, and slightly insufficient intelligence. Although the capacity of the new molded case circuit breaker has been very high in recent years, due to the lack of structure, the short-term withstand capacity can not be greatly improved. We must pay attention to this problem when selecting the molded case circuit breaker.

以上就是三位工程師的對(duì)兩類斷路器的看法，我也稍微說(shuō)下自己的看法，當(dāng)然和工程師相比還是有很大差距的。我覺(jué)得無(wú)論是選擇框架斷路器，還是塑殼斷路器，主要是要結(jié)合自身的情況，比方說(shuō)要操作檢修方便，分段能力高，那顯然框架斷路器更合適。而如果是用于額定電流比較低，同時(shí)希望預(yù)算比較低時(shí)，塑殼斷路器則顯得更加合適！
