The frame circuit breaker is divided into fixed type and drawer type. Its structure is mainly composed of contact system, arc extinguishing system, operating mechanism, current transformer, intelligent controller and auxiliary switch, secondary connector, undervoltage and shunt release. The drawer seat is composed of left and right measuring plates with guide rails, bases and beams. The characteristics of the three main components are as follows:

(1)觸頭系統

其是采用一檔觸頭觸頭系統，在同一觸頭的不同部位，觸頭單元既具有主觸頭的功能，也具有弧觸頭的功能，還采用了新型耐弧材料，使觸頭在分斷路器電流后不致過分發熱而引起溫升過高。觸頭系統是多路并聯的，能夠降低電動斥力，提高觸頭系統的電動穩定性。

The first gear contact system is adopted. At different parts of the same contact, the contact unit not only has the function of main contact, but also has the function of arc contact. In addition, a new arc resistant material is adopted, so that the contact will not generate excessive heat and cause too high temperature rise after breaking the circuit breaker current. The contact system is multi-channel parallel, which can reduce the electric repulsion and improve the electric stability of the contact system.

每個極設有一個滅弧室，其作用是將各電極隔開，并相互絕緣，與斷路器的其他部分及操作人員相隔離，滅弧室全部置于絕緣底座內，增加了滅弧室壁的機械強度，可以防止在分斷大短路電流時炸裂。

Each pole is equipped with an arc extinguishing chamber, which is used to separate the electrodes and insulate them from each other and isolate them from other parts of the circuit breaker and operators. All the arc extinguishing chambers are placed in the insulating base, which increases the mechanical strength of the arc extinguishing chamber wall and can prevent cracking when breaking large short-circuit current.

(3)操作機構和手動、電動傳動機構

(3) Operating mechanism and manual and electric transmission mechanism

機構位于框架斷路器正面，操動機構采用五連桿的自由脫口機構，并設計成貯能形式。在使用過程中，機構總是處于預貯能位置，只要斷路器一接到合閘命令，斷路器就能立即瞬時閉合。預貯能的釋放可用手動釋能按鈕或合閘電磁鐵來完成。電動傳動機構自成一體，貯能軸與主軸之間通過凹凸形契口活動聯結，裝拆方便。

The mechanism is located in the front of the frame circuit breaker. The operating mechanism adopts a five link free port mechanism and is designed as an energy storage form. During use, the mechanism is always in the pre stored energy position. As soon as the circuit breaker receives the closing command, the circuit breaker can be closed immediately and instantaneously. The release of pre stored energy can be completed by manual energy release button or closing electromagnet. The electric transmission mechanism is self-contained, and the energy storage shaft and the main shaft are movably connected through concave convex wedge, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly.
