要避免這樣的情況發生，首先，我們在接線前要選擇合適的引線，使用單股銅線，如果沒有，使用多股軟銅線，用錫將線頭焊接在一起，形成單股線。這樣做的目的就是防止多股銅線漏出產生短路狀況。

接線方式都采用線框方式接線，這樣做的好處是先不會像用1字型接線方式那樣會產生內部觸頭發生側滑，如果直接壓在接線框的旁邊，在擰緊螺絲的時候就容易造成靜觸點位移，導致斷路器接觸不良。

接觸器采用螺絲帽壓片壓線，螺絲壓片都是^型的，做成這樣的原因是當螺絲往下擰的時候壓片就會向下壓緊引線，也會讓產品在接線的時候有一個平衡點，接線也不會出現壓不緊的情況，降低了故障率。
