塑殼式斷路器代理主要用來分配電能和保護線路及電源設備免受過載、短路、欠電壓等故障的損壞。安裝使用維護時應注意以下事項。

Moulded case circuit breaker is mainly used to distribute electric energy and protect lines and power supply equipment from overload, short circuit, undervoltage and other faults. Attention should be paid to the following items during installation, operation and maintenance.

（1）安裝前腰核對銘牌上的參數與實際需要是否相符，將斷路器垂直固定在安裝板上。

(1) Before installation, check whether the parameters on the nameplate are consistent with the actual needs, and fix the circuit breaker on the installation plate vertically.

（2）板前接線時，選用對應截面積導線，剝去適量長度絕緣外層，插入線箍的孔內，將線箍的外包層壓緊，包牢導線。然后，將線箍的連接孔與斷路器接線端用螺釘緊固。連接銅排時，應先把接線板固定在斷路器上后，再與銅排固定。板后接線要嚴格按照說明書投

（3）斷路器在投運前，要仔細檢查固定連接部分是否牢固，并保證操作機構處于靈活狀態。

（4）斷路器出廠時已確定準確，使用中吧可隨意調節。線路發生過載或短路故障斷路器動作后，應先排除故障，再進行合閘操作。

(4) The circuit breaker has been confirmed to be accurate when leaving the factory. It can be adjusted at will when it is in use. In case of overload or short-circuit fault, the circuit breaker shall remove the fault before closing.

（5）斷路器在使用期間應進行周期性檢查，要定期對傳動部分加潤滑油，同時清 除外殼灰塵，消 除滅弧室內壁和側片上的金屬顆粒及黑煙灰。

(5) The circuit breaker shall be inspected periodically during use. The transmission part shall be lubricated regularly. Meanwhile, the dust of the shell shall be removed, and the metal particles and black soot on the wall and side pieces of the arc extinguishing chamber shall be eliminated.
