Heater problem

　　菲尼克斯端子線圈加熱器接線端子處的三根火線對地電壓，如果三相火線對地電壓都正常，說明主線路及電源正常，加熱器有問題。

　　Phoenix terminal coil heater wiring terminal three live wire to ground voltage, if the three-phase live wire to ground voltage is normal, it means that the main line and power supply is normal, there is a problem with the heater.

　　重點檢查：加熱器是否損壞。

　　Key inspection: whether the heater is damaged.

　　檢查方法：測加熱器三根發熱絲的電阻，正常情況下三根發熱絲的阻值都差不多。如果有一根發熱絲阻值無限大，說明該發熱絲損壞。

　　Inspection method: test the resistance of the three heating wires of the heater. Under normal circumstances, the resistance values of the three heating wires are similar. If there is a heating wire resistance value is infinite, the heating wire is damaged.

　　主線路或接觸器的問題

　　Main line or contactor problem

　　測得三相加熱器接線端子處三根火線對地電壓不正常，則說明是主線路有問題。在接觸器吸合的情況下測接觸器出線端電壓是否正常。如果正常，則是接觸器出線端到加熱器之間的電纜有問題。否則，就是接觸器前端或接觸器有問題。

　　The voltage of the three live wires to ground at the wiring terminal of the three-phase heater is abnormal, which indicates that there is a problem in the main line. When the contactor is closed, test whether the outgoing voltage of the contactor is normal. If normal, there is a problem with the cable between the outlet of the contactor and the heater. Otherwise, there is a problem with the contactor front end or contactor.

　　接觸器觸頭的問題

　　如果菲尼克斯端子接觸器出線端電壓不正常，可以再測接觸器進線端電壓是否正常。如果接觸器進線端電壓正常，說明是接觸器有問題，比如主觸頭磨損、或主觸頭不通等。

　　If the outgoing voltage of the Phoenix terminal contactor is abnormal, measure the incoming voltage of the contactor again. If the incoming voltage of the contactor is normal, it indicates that there is something wrong with the contactor, for example, the main contact is worn or blocked.

　　電源到接觸器端的問題

　　Power supply to contactor problem

　　如果接觸器端電壓不正常，說明是接觸器前端有問題。再測電源電壓是否正常，如果電源電壓正常，則是電源到接觸器端有問題。

　　If the voltage at the contactor end is abnormal, it indicates that the front end of the contactor is faulty. Then test whether the power supply voltage is normal. If the power supply voltage is normal, there is a problem between the power supply and the contactor.

　　保險線與斷路器的問題

　　Safety line and circuit breaker problem

　　如果菲尼克斯端子電源電壓不正常，那就檢查保險絲、斷路器等有無損壞。

　　經驗總結：一般保險絲燒壞、發熱絲燒壞的可能性較高，其它原因出現概率相對較低，在查找故障原因時，可以優先檢查這二個地方，通過排除法逐步找到原因所在。

　　If the phoenix terminal power supply voltage is abnormal, check for damage to fuses, circuit breakers, etc.

　　Summary of experience: Generally, the probability of fuse and hot wire burning is high, while the probability of other causes is relatively low. When finding the cause of the fault, you can check these two places first and find the cause gradually through the elimination method.
