將4個鉚釘破損，可將其拆為兩半，如下圖。零件嵌在左蓋，可拆開右蓋。

If four rivets are damaged, they can be disassembled into two parts, as shown in the figure below. The parts are embedded in the left cover, and the right cover can be disassembled.

2、電路部分

2. Circuit part

觸點閉合時，電路路徑為（設方向從上到下）：1-2-3-5-6-7-8-9-11。觸點斷開時，觸點間產生電弧電流，起始時電流路徑為：1-2-3–電弧-5-6-7-8-9-11。電弧因磁、熱等作用引入滅弧室E后，電流路徑為：1-2-4-E-F-10-11，電弧在滅弧室內被分割為10段，很快冷卻、熄滅。電弧熄滅后，電流徹 底中斷。

When the contact is closed, the circuit path is (set the direction from top to bottom): 1-2-3-5-6-7-8-9-11. When the contact is disconnected, arc current is generated between the contacts. At the beginning, the current path is: 1-2-3 – arc-5-6-7-8-9-11. After the arc is introduced into the arc extinguishing chamber e due to magnetic and thermal effects, the current path is: 1-2-4-e-f-10-11. The arc is divided into 10 sections in the arc extinguishing chamber, which will be cooled and extinguished soon. After the arc is extinguished, the current is completely interrupted.

3、機械部分

3. Mechanical part

機械部分的功能：支持手工“合通“、”分斷”兩種操作，遇過流、短路時自動執(zhí)行“熱脫扣”和“電磁脫扣”進行保護。另具備“熱脫扣電流微調”操作（這個功能不常用）。

Function of mechanical part: it supports manual "on" and "off" operations. In case of overcurrent and short circuit, it will automatically execute "thermal trip" and "electromagnetic trip" for protection. In addition, it has the operation of "thermal tripping current fine adjustment" (this function is not commonly used).

4、外殼

4. Shell

外殼尺寸是符合工業(yè)標準的。為了統(tǒng)一標準、提高加工效益，小于某額定電流的斷路器會使用同一種外殼、觸頭及接線端子。這種外殼可通過的大額定電流就是“殼架等級電流”。本例中，型號DZ47LED63中的63就是表示該系列的殼架等級電流為63A。

The shell size is in line with industry standards. In order to unify standards and improve processing efficiency, circuit breakers with less than a certain rated current will use the same shell, contact and wiring terminal. The large rated current that this enclosure can pass through is the "rack level current". In this example, 63 in the model dz47led63 means that the shell level current of this series is 63A.

外殼拆為左右二半后，可見二半多數(shù)地方是對稱的。根據(jù)功能，可把內部空間大致劃分為“四居室”。

After the shell is disassembled into the left and right halves, it can be seen that most of the halves are symmetrical. According to the function, the internal space can be roughly divided into "four bedrooms".
