Two basic functions of intermediate relay in practical application:

例如：中間繼電器用在主回路中，和交流接觸器并聯(lián)，用來擴(kuò)展交流接觸器的觸點，彌補(bǔ)觸點使用情況不足的缺點。

2、進(jìn)行電氣隔離一般多應(yīng)用于控制電路中：

就是我們平常使用的原理：小電流來控制大電流，小電壓來控制大電壓，對于主回路中大電流和大電壓進(jìn)行隔離。

中間繼電器實物運用：如何用微型繼電器控制負(fù)載，圖中我們用繼電器控制一盞燈，13---14接入電源，零線直接進(jìn)燈，火線進(jìn)繼電器常開點9，經(jīng)過常開點出來就是5，接到燈上面，當(dāng)繼電器通電的時候常開觸點閉合，燈得電亮起來。

繼電器常開---常閉運用=13---14接繼電器電源，零線分別進(jìn)兩個燈，火線進(jìn)繼電器公共端9，然后5出來進(jìn)燈，1號端子出來進(jìn)燈，微型繼電器初始狀態(tài)1號端子上面的燈會亮起來，因為1---9是常閉點，繼電器得電吸合5號接線端子燈會亮起來。因為繼電器得電，常開觸點閉合，所以燈會亮起來。

光電開關(guān)控制微型繼電器：首先我們用繼電器控制報警器，合上電源報警器就響起來，所以我們用光電開關(guān)控制繼電器，既然控制繼電器我們就要控制繼電器的線圈，如圖中所示，當(dāng)我們觸碰到光電開關(guān)，繼電器得電，報警器才會響。

Photoelectric switch controls micro relay: first, we use the relay to control the alarm. When the power supply is turned on, the alarm will sound, so we use the photoelectric switch to control the relay. Since we control the relay, we need to control the coil of the relay, as shown in the figure. When we touch the photoelectric switch, the relay will power on and the alarm will sound.

光電開關(guān)220V加中間繼電器報警工作原理：首先我們圖中所用的電器元件都是220V，所以電源接零線，火線分別進(jìn)到繼電器的常開觸點上面，觸點進(jìn)報警器的電源。光電開關(guān)接線，零線進(jìn)光電開關(guān)。

經(jīng)過光電開關(guān)常開進(jìn)繼電器線圈13，火線進(jìn)繼電器的線圈14，當(dāng)我們觸碰到光電開關(guān)的時候，光電開關(guān)常開點閉合，這時候繼電器線圈得電，常開觸點閉合，報警器得電響起來，當(dāng)我們離開 光電開關(guān)，常開點斷開，繼電器失電，報警器失電停止響聲。這就是光電開關(guān)如何控制繼電器。以及繼電器如何用到實際電路中，起到傳遞信號的作用。
