我們要做這個接線,首先要準備一個塑殼斷路器和三個加熱管。這邊我們選擇德力西的塑殼斷路器,加熱管任意選擇3個就可以了。

對于塑殼斷路器接加熱管,可以有兩種不同的接線方法,一種是星形接法,一種是三角形接法,接線方式決定了通電電流電壓狀態,所以說加熱管的接線方式很重要。下面以三個加熱管元件為例講解。
For the molded case circuit breaker connected to the heating tube, there are two different wiring methods, one is star connection method, the other is triangle connection method. The wiring method determines the current and voltage state, so the wiring method of the heating tube is very important. The following three heating tube elements as an example to explain.
星形接法:
Star connection method:
三個加熱管元件,每個元件的首端連在一起(這個點稱中性點),三個尾端分別接三根相線,這種接法叫做星形接法。星形接法可以將中性點引出作為中性線,也可以不引出。
Three heating tube elements, the head end of each element is connected together (this point is called neutral point), and three phase wires are connected to the three tail ends respectively. This connection method is called star connection method. The star connection method can lead out the neutral point as the neutral line or not.
注意:三個加熱管額定電壓220伏時,可以用星形接法。如果三個元件電阻值不同,則中性點應該接零線。
Note: when the rated voltage of three heating tubes is 220 V, star connection method can be used. If the resistance values of the three components are different, the neutral point should be connected to the neutral line.
三角形接法:
Triangle connection:
加熱元管每個元件的首端接另一個元件的尾端,三個接點分別接三根相線,這種接法叫做三角形接法。三角形接法沒有中性點,不可以引出中性線。
The head end of each element of the heating element tube is connected to the tail end of another element, and the three contacts are respectively connected with three phase wires. This connection method is called triangle connection method. There is no neutral point in triangle connection, so it is not allowed to lead out neutral line.
注意:三個加熱管元件額定電壓380伏時,可以用三角形接法。如果三個元件電阻值不同,也不影響這種接法的可行性。相同的加熱管,三角形接法是星形接法加熱功率的三倍。
Note: when the rated voltage of three heating tube elements is 380 V, the triangle connection method can be used. If the resistance values of the three components are different, the feasibility of this connection method will not be affected. For the same heating tube, the heating power of triangle connection is three times that of star connection.
總的來說,三相電加熱的星形接法和三角形接法主要取決于加熱管的工作電壓。
Generally speaking, the star connection and triangle connection of three-phase electric heating mainly depend on the working voltage of heating tube.
如果是220V就接星形,如果是380V就接三角形。如果是380V的采用星形接法,則達不到加熱管的額定功率,實際功率為原來額定功率的約三分之一左右。
If it's 220 V, it's a star. If it's 380 V, it's a triangle. If star connection is adopted for 380V, the rated power of the heating tube can not be reached, and the actual power is about one third of the original rated power.
